Cashback credit cards

Didn't see any recent threads on this, but still might be interesting to some. What's your go-to cashback card? The one you use for everything, and pay off in full each cycle, just for the rewards? Do you use different ones for different "categories" or the same for everything? I'll start with...

What skills/degrees do you think are most important to have in 2018/future?

I graduated in 2010 and since then I think society/the economy have been changing massively with automatisation & digitalisation happening. Many fields are now changing massively. For instance, marketing now incorporates an enormous amount of social media, and if you aren't social-media savvy you...

Help me out with some 401k guidance

I'm 25 and I started working last June. I put in ~9k in the half year 2017 and I plan to continue putting 18k annually into it until i retire. My company also has a pension. I have plenty of growth opportunities in my company so although it's insane to assume so, I can easily see myself staying...

How do I tell if mortgage closing costs are high? (FL Brahs)

I've received one quote from a bank where the total closing costs are about 5% of the whole loan. I've attached a break out of all the associated costs. They're charging a 1% originator fee, which is nearly 4k by itself. Most of these items seem inflated compared with the first house I bought.
