Gym Membership Quotas

Serious question, for those of you in the membership business (gym or otherwise) what the quotas you need to make each month relative to the hours you put in? What's the commission rate?

success mentor channels

Have a serious lack of good mentors in life. I like to watch Grant Cardone on youtube a lot. Great advice, seems genuine. Anyone know of anymore youtube channels like Grant Cardone focused on "money, success and making it"?

Sales job interview turns out to be bullchit

Hi guys, Sitting in a waiting room for a job I thought would be a traditional sales role. Realised that it's a face-to-face sales role like a street fundraiser and the people at kiosks hawking sh*t off. Anyone else ever been catfished by a job interview? Going to stick around for the sake...

Anyone know of a SoFi Money alternative?

I would love to sign up for SoFi Money. 2.25% APY on your "checking" cash management account. Basically what RobinHood is trying to do. But they don't allow joint nor multiple accounts yet, which I need. Anyone know of similar cash management accounts with joint/multi accounts?

Question Owning first property.... (so many questions) ???

I currently pay about $1200/month in rent and figure it is such a waste of money considering I could live in the same type of condo/apt I do now but be paying my mortgage instead of someone else's. Then either sell or rent that property if/when I want to move on. I'd prefer a home, but in my budget...

Side Hustles That Are Passive After Time Investment?

I understand that PASSIVE side hustles aren't no work and all play. They do require some upfront monetary/time investment.
