Ben's Training

New to the forum, new to this program, fairly new to serious weight training I suppose. I've done lots of bodyweight training/circuits/athletics/GPP sort of stuff the past few years due to my job and I'm pretty athletic. I'm 20 years old, 5 foot 8, starting at around 60kg-65kg, have decent body...

Becoming big and beautiful

Not my first journal, hopefully the last. Stats 19.4.2018: 1.91 m / 112 kg S/B/D = 210/140/240 My goals are to simply take this hobby as far as I can, hopefully towards a +700 kg total. And to be big and beautiful, obviously.

How pezking got his wheels back

Getting pudgier and weaker by the day...all my pants fit, with room in the legs! Shirts are not tight in the arms, I feel like I have pointy boobs, and the only lats I have are made of flub. I have a motivation problem and BB.com seems to keep me focused, so I'm trying to come back here and...

Love the Pain -- Make the Barbell Cry!

Hello all, Getting close to a 1000 lb total, so it feels a little justified to start a workout journal to track the next big milestones. Working on a 4 plate squat, 3 plate bench, and 5 plate DL, all for reps by the end of the year. That would be about a 1330 lb total, hopefully qualifying...

The Flywheel Effect.

"Picture a huge, heavy flywheel. Its a massive, metal disk mounted horizontally on an axle. It's about 100 feet in diameter, 10 feet thick, and it weighs about 25 tons. Krazy's Attempt At Being Swole While Being Natty!

Humorous title but srs thread. I've never done anything like this so forgive me if it's lackluster lol. I haven't really been lifting consistently, sometimes 3 days, maybe 2 and even 1 day a week if the work week is really bad. BUT because of a mod named davisj3537 I am going to stick to the...
