How do you treat alcohol?

If you know you are going to have 5 or 6 shots (4-600 calories depending on type) do you eat a little less that day in anticipation or do you hit all your macros like you normally would and just ignore the extra calories? I'm bulking, but I guess the same would apply to someone cutting.

1k cals over maintenance

Last week I ate 1k cals over my maintenance every day. My scale broke so I don't know how much I gained but will I have gained 2 lbs since 3500 calories= 1 pound, or will not all of the calories be converted to fat/muscle? Could I have only gained 1 lb bc of water weight? Thoughts??

Hello im 6" tall 175 pounds and around 25% body fat. I know that im supposed to eat around 1g per body weight and more if im trying to cut. My question is, should i go for 175g even at a higher body fat percentage lets say 25-30 percent or should i aim for the 160's where im 13-15 % body fat?.
