Should I be taking a multivitamin?

I'm wondering if it's worth spending the money on a multivitamin. I'm cutting, and will be for probably 5-6 more months. I'm eating 2200 cal daily and I try to keep my diet well balanced including lots of green veggies.

How do any vegans actually get enough protein?

As an example if someone who weighs around 185 lbs and tries to get 0.8g of protein per pound of body weight that would be around 150g of protein per day. Getting this from healthy whole plant based foods alone seems impossible to me yet tons of vegans claim they can easily do this. But even...

Serum cholesterol

I just got the results of my bloodwork and I was pretty happy with everything other than my free T4 and total cholesterol. My doctor was very pleased with my cholesterol, but we've obviously got differing views on cholesterol.. I'm guessing HDL and LDL aren't included in standard bloodwork but my...

Question Alcohol

Hello, I donno if this has been brought up before or not, probably yes. Does alcohol have any "proven" effect beyond its caloric value? I mean we hear a lot about the fact that it is the fastest energy source and the "stop burning fat" that ensues, but if a person is in a caloric deficit what...

I'm tyring to figure out how much is about the correct amount of protein I should be intaking for a day for both workout days as well as my rest day. Hey guys, I just had 3oz of a 40% spirit and 10oz of a 4% beer over the span of 4h. I'm buzzed but it's not too bad, if I drink a lot of water(not sure that helps) do you think it'd be okay to workout at some point in the next 6 hours? Or should I just skip it and workout tomorrow? I'd really...

low and slow ribs, wrap or not?

I've read that you should generally wrap ribs and not put them through the stall. While I've let ribs cook to 190 without wrapping them (about 7-8 hours), the barque wasn't the most satisfying. I'd imagine the barque helps out a roast a lot more than ribs unless you coat the ribs right.
