Should I work out if I know I'm not going to sleep tonight?

I normally do a 3 day full-body compound routine, Monday/Wednesday/Friday. It's Friday and I know I'm not going to be sleeping tonight, but I've had plenty of rest since Wednesday's workout. Okay to proceed as usual today even if I won't get to sleep until ~mid-day Saturday?

Say my maintenance is 2900. I cut at 2500. Today my body burned a total of 3700 calories due to extra work load today. Would I still eat at 2500 to keep it consistent or adjust so I don't under eat.
