bulk or go back to cutting weight

Hi everyone I started my journey in the beginning of the year where my coworkers challenged me to bring home lunch. Then around July I started to incorporate IF, Keto and portion control. I started off with 1400 calories/day and all I can remember was my carb intake being 22g/day. I also...

Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet

I just the the "bible of diet study" - the China Study and have a few questions about it. I do not eat meat for 2 years so going vegan is not that extreme for me as it might for some. Have anyone of you tried it? After 2 weeks without diary (omg I used to eat a lot of cheese) I don't feel any...

Favorite pre workout food?

Any of you guys have a preferred pre workout food? I don't have a real pre workout meal, I kinda just eat if I feel like it and don't if I don't. I'm almost certain this messes with my energy and productivity, so what do you guys like eating?

Steroid or Natural?

I have a feeling that the gym trainer at my gym is on steroids, even though he says he isn't. He doesn't workout, his diet consists mainly of fried foods, which he doesn't track and considering the fact that even though he preaches that nobody can build any muscle if they do not take any...

Is it possible to gain muscle mass etc, but not regarding repetitions?

Example: Guy lifted for 3 months. After 3 months he made progress in numbers/seconds 15% higher than at day 1. So from 10kg weight to 11.5kg weight after 3 months. But the person still gained good muscle mass. Is that possible?

Nutrition while going through dental procedures

Pre-Workout Options When Training Fasted?

Okay, here's what has been on my mind. First off, I am not on a keto diet. I am doing basically a 33/33/33 split of protein, carbs, and fat. I had been on a traditional high carb low fat diet as I am bulking but b/c I used to be fat I have (had) poor insulin sensitivity so the high carb was...
