Nomad Lifestyle: How to eat?

Hey everyone, I have recently graduated from university and started working as a consultant last month - that means I am away from home all week and only home on the weekends. From a training perspective, that's not too big a problem considering my gym has branches all over the place and if...

Trying to NOT gain weight while consuming 20g fat 2x per day?

I'm a 21-year-old female college student with Cystic Fibrosis. I have a slim figure (5'5" about 120-125 lbs) and I've kept it that way by watching what I eat and going to the gym 2-3 times per week for some light-moderate weight training and occasional cardio. However, the Cystic Fibrosis...

Talking What's your "go to dessert" to satisfy your sweet tooth?

I know we're all disciplined and eat clean blah blah blah. I'm curious what everyone likes to eat to satisfy that sweet tooth craving AND how often do you eat it? Ice cream? Brownies? Cookies? My weakness right now is doughnuts. A Krispy Kreme just opened up & it's the talk of the town bc it's...

Question Replace meat with protein integrator?

Hi folks, I'm writing this because I'm doing a diet my trainer gave to me plus some training. The only problem is that I have to eat a lot of meat (more or less 150g per meal, or 5.3 oz for Americans) and I don't really like it... I'd try to replace the meat with a protein integrator. It's...
