Question Replacing Protein with Liquids

I am having trouble figuring out the best solution. Currently taking adhd medication which is reducing appetite but still trying to get proper protein intake. Liquids seem to still go down pretty easy. Would it be okay to replace 2-3 meals with protein shakes health wise? Also slight lactose...

does stevia innhibit the absorbtion of protein ? does anyone know this for a fact if its so or not? i dont want any feel good or feel bad answers as much facts as possible please!

Casein Question

With one serving, say it has 26g protien, and is to digest over 7 hours. Per the label So say if you took half a serving. 13g of protien Would it digest the 13g of protien over 7 hours, or would it take half the time?

Red face Little Exercise Big Surplus??

So I am 18 y/o, 6'1, and 135 ibs. I bulked about 8 months ago and gained 20 ibs in 3 months, I looked decent and gained a lot of strength.
