Ladies nutrition - fat loss

I've been working on weight loss and muscle building for almost 2 years. I wanted to lose more weight for a goal of 118lbs, but I'm losing bulk. I want to lose fat and gain muscle; I don't care about the number on the scale. Any good recommendations for women. I want to be big, not Barbie.

Skinny fat bulk recomp or cut

Hi all I'm 200lbs at 6 foot 2 and skinny fat Estimated BMR is 2600. I have started stronglifts and just wondering whether I should cut bulk or recomp. I need to pick one and stick to it. My lifts are low but I don't want to add more fat to my frame. Thanks in advance
