I'm pretty sure I have IBS... I can't sit down for longer than 20 mins before my abdomen starts to burn. I have to loosen off my pants and then still that doesnt help much, the lightest brushing across my abdomen feels like someone giving me a chinese burn. I have to leave my desk and stand up...

Macros for lean bulk

Hi all, Been on a heavy cut now for two months after graduation. 22y/o 5'8 151lbs down from 172lbs. Wondering about what macros I should aim for to start a lean bulk. Should I start the lean bulk now or get my bodyfat % down more first? Thanks. Pics of before and after cut.

I am 6'2 and 200 lb. I feel like I have too much body fat to keep bulking. I'm sick of seeing the love handles, in particular. I want to add more muscle mass, but I feel like I'm starting to get too fat for that.
