Smile Quest: What flavor of bar should they make next?

What are some of yalls ideas for new flavors for bars? Any brand, but I'll start with my favorite: Quest bars. My favorites are the chocolate chip cookie dough, banana nut, and W. Choc Raspberry. I think the next should be a Pumpkin or cinnamon apple/raisin type. Any ideas?

Whey making me tired

Does anyone have an explanation as to why it would be destroying my energy? I feel energetic right before the shake, then during half way I feel so lethargic that I could doze off. Eating too much

I wonder if there is such a thing as too much food, I've decided to bulk so I doubled my protein & carb intake, i've been feeling kind of sick even at the sight of food, even so I oblige. Should I reduce my intake? Is there a limit for muscle building, a point of no return?
