bulking and oral hygiene

Eating 6 meals a day is a lot of brushing and flossing. I started flossing after each meal and just brushing x2 a day. Has anyone less prudent experienced dental woes from all the eating? Thx

Going for 225 for 20 reps

red potatoes and sweet

why do people always talk like to sweet potatoes are alot lower on the gi chart then red.. theres barely a difference, its a difference of 50 and 58... and red potatoes chopped with a fry cutter device and tossed with a table spoon of olive oil and baked is just insanely good.... tastes like fast...

Anyone else get a half orange, half white sweet potato?
