Recommended easy 3,300 diet

I'm looking at bulking up and looking around 3,300 Cals a day. Does anyone have an easy to follow diet plan for this? because im struggling to hit the right macro's but I can hit the calories fairly well. Im struggling to find an easy sustainable balance

Exclamation Am I eating enough?

I have been doing full body 3 days a week and abs 3 days a week for over 4 moths now. I started eating 3000 calories 150 protein 376 carbs and 100g fat. The first month a gained a lot of weight I used to be 118 lbs when I started now I am 133 lbs but I have been stuck at 133 lbs for a few weeks....

Day 1: 3010 Calories, 127g protein, 417g carbs, 92g fat Pretty low protein today, also I don't have that many carbs on most days. Overall pretty good day.
