Unhappy Clean eating or planning meal with set macros?

Hey guys, I've been clean eating basically only whole foods strict, I've been working out 6x a week with one day rest but I can't see progress on my belly area. Is it because I'm not setting my macros in every meal I have or maybe it would take time and just continue with clean eating? :/

energy drinks and weight loss

This may sound dumb to some. But I've been wondering about something I drink 0 calorie energy drinks before I go running Or lift. Trying to lose weight. So if my body is using the energy from the drink is my body going to burn less fat for energy?
