Happy Easter everyone! What are YOUR thoughts on my meal plan? I need to lose 30lbs of fat & build muscle. I weight train 4 times a week & do cardio 5-6 days. Out of those, 2-3 days are fasted cardio. I'd like to lose on average 2lbs/week.

Unhappy Clean eating or planning meal with set macros?
