So a PC that is able to handle 4k gaming really well on modern titles? Can you make one for the same price if a ps5?

Finally got around to playing GTA V and while I still like some of the humor and writing, the game is just not fun. The big world is just a shallow background. It's only there to make you drive long distances. You do not affect it in any way and there is nothing to discover (like say in Skyrim)...

It seems really intriguing and would like to what the hype around it is but I am worried I will lose my sanity playing it.
