Anyone tried this program? twicethespeed.com/product-detail.php?id=9 They have a sale on goes down to $49 and I was thinking about picking it up. Seems about as legit as any one of these training systems. "Grow Taller Overnight" made me question this guys product though.

Improving my athleticism, and overall explosivness

Okay, so I play basketball and during this summer I plan on improving my overall speed, athleticism and removing my small layer of body fat (I'm around 15% I would like to bring it down to like 11-12). I bought a jumping rope but I couldn't find many workouts that I desire. So, I thought what if...

How hard should I hit the heavy bag?

I'm new to training with a heavy bag. How hard should I be hitting it and for how long? E.g. should I just be grazing it for the majority of the workout and then go at it with 80-100% max force for the last round/set or what? I know that as a beginner I should take it easy to begin with but I'm...
