Anyone tried this program? They have a sale on goes down to $49 and I was thinking about picking it up. Seems about as legit as any one of these training systems. "Grow Taller Overnight" made me question this guys product though.

Training for bulk and speed

I'm looking to get better at sports, but one thing I've noticed is that the more I bulk the slower I get. I want to continue getting bigger, but I also want to run faster, increase my vertical, have more stamina, etc. Do you guys have any tips or workouts for this? Or, what's been your experience...

Difference in functional strength between men and women

In a sport like bjj I notice this a lot. I know some girls who are very athletic and beasts in the weight room but still feel weak on the mats compared to guys with similar experience and skill level who are weaker in the weight room. Is there a reason for this?
