Look thin but weigh alot

I'm 173 cm tall and I weigh 79 Kg !!! I look extremely thin and no one can guess that my weight is 79Kg The only place in my body that have any fat is my belly. I do not even have any love handles fat, there is no fat to grab on How can this be ???
