Anyone tried this program? They have a sale on goes down to $49 and I was thinking about picking it up. Seems about as legit as any one of these training systems. "Grow Taller Overnight" made me question this guys product though.

Low rep high weight or high weight low rep?

I play basketball a few times per week (league game + practice/pickup) and I’m finding that I can’t do things that I was once able to do when I was 20 years old. When I lift heavy, I sometimes get injured on the court. It’s usually minor injuries that heal within a few days, but are annoying. ...

Question Real Runner Machine Workouts

Does anyone have any good workout routines using the real runner? I'm interested in hearing more about endurance runs on the machine as compared to "sprints". My go sprint workout is 10 seconds slow and 10 seconds hard 3-4 sets with 2 minute rest. Love to hear other people's take.

Smile Shave 1 second off 100m time

I’m 33 y/o and I want to play college football.

I’m still very athletic for my age and I’ve always been good at team sports. I never played high school football, but I feel like I could make a team as a slot receiver or something. The college I’m looking into is a lower division school, so the athletes aren’t elite or anything. It’s a school...

How important are sports on a college resume?

Hi, How important are extracurricular activities and playing sports to getting into college? I was told that if you don't play a sport in high school, then you don't have much of a chance to getting into college. Best regards!
