Question about body fat and vertical jump

Hi, i was wondering what would the max body fat percentage be, to be able to maximise vertical jump and athletic performance? Also the optimal range of body fat considering strength and speed training is all in check. For example would having a 2.5x body weight squat at 20% BF be worse or better...

Question Combining plyo and basketball? Danger?

Will combining basketball and plyometrics be dangerous or will it possibly decrease my game? I see people say plyometrics should be done when totally rested.

Best christmas gift fitness tracker to buy?

There is such a breadth of choice, it's difficult to know where to start, let alone make the right decision on the one best for you even after you've read all the fitness tracker reviews you can.
