How to beat my veteran friend in arm wrestling?

Question about body fat and vertical jump

Hi, i was wondering what would the max body fat percentage be, to be able to maximise vertical jump and athletic performance? Question Training with Hyperthyroidism

Hi, I've been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and I've been prescribed beta blockers for my heart rate. I'm a competitive weightlifter and rower so I'm hesitant about taking beta blockers and wondering if anyone has any experience taking them and how it effected your endurance/strength.
