THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO START YOUR OWN WORKOUT LOG. This will eliminate the need for people starting new threads to post their prs. ...

What’s a good 225lb rep max?

Hey all, I just started powerlifting and while I don’t have record breaking numbers, I decided to test my 225lb bench press max. I got 12 reps. I’m not completely satisfied, as I have bigger goals but I was wondering if that’s a decent number??

Improving Squat

Any advice for building a stronger squat? My bench and deadlift aren't of a concern to me, however being 6'3, my squat feels awkward and I have trouble building strength. I have a dedicated squat day each week, for accessory work I do pause and split squats after squatting 5 heavy sets of 3-5 reps.
