Torn calusses

Every week it is the same thing. I tear calusses, start bleeding. Cant grab a bar for days. using rubber gloves didn't help, i used toilet paper, it only soaked up the blood. The problem is that the spot where i tear a callus feels really stingy. Anyone got any tips? Thanks.
