What to do when you fail deadlifts in stronglifts 5x5?

It says to switch to 3x5 after deloading and failing a couple of times for the other lifts but what about the deadlift since it's just 1x5? Recently failed at 140kg deadlift ☹️

Gym Recommendations in Houston, TX

I'll be in Houston in October 2018 and was wondering what the best PL gym is to train a few days. So far I have circled Texas Barbell Syndicate and Texas Strength Weightlifting Center but I am open to suggestions. Would be good to have a gym where I can get some training points too.

Grade 3 Quad tear.

How long does it take to return to previous strength levels? I have been working like a mad man and I am about 90ish percent to where I was after 6 mths. I did 10 weeks physical therapy and been full go training wise for the last 3 mths. It feels like the recovery road is taking forever.

BUFFALO style squat bar

What are your thoughts BUFFALO style squat bar? I've never used one. Looks like it would take stress off shoulders and elbows , whilst letting you squat in same style. I'm wary though of the fact this bar seems to be overweight. I like to know exactly what a bar weighs if possible. Thanks

shoulder mobility for low bar squat
