Anybody weak on shoulder lifts?

As the title says, anyone suffering on shoulder lifts? My lifts on everything else is pretty good, but when it comes to shoulder I feel like im lifting like a little girl, literally 33lbs on DB shoulder press, 66lbs on OHP and 13lbs lateral raise, compared to my 200lbs...

Pilonidal Cyst surgery and lifting

Has anyone here had a pilonidal cyst that required surgery? I had a quick surgery performed last Thursday. I no longer have pain but they left an open wound and I’ve been getting it packed daily. How should I go about getting a 225 lbs squat?

As someone who's already tried in the past for months, with the 5x5 StrongLifts program, I've always suffered the most when it came to squats (or any leg exercise basically)... Exclamation Important question about muscle fiber types

If I train with high reps (for type I fibers) and I get micro tears, will the micro tears only be present in the type I fibers or also in the type II fibers? Can I train high reps first day, then second day low reps for the other fiber type.
