Exclamation Just started a new powerlifting program(17yrs)

Raw 500lb benchers

I'd ask this on the big misc but everyone there benches 500 for reps like it was 135 for mere mortals. Starting to think this might be possible before I hit 40 (38 now). How many of you do it? Best advice you'd have for someone around 400 to get that next hundred? Thanks
