Low bar squat form check

Deadlifts and sore hamstrings...

To keep it short, When I deadlift recently, my hamstrings are instantly sore. My max is down from 505 to struggling to get 405. What could be the problem and how do I fix it? Long version I have been cutting since January. I was 207 lbs now I am 188.

Reps vs max?!

Hi, So I rep 88lb (40kg) Dumbbells for 8 and my friend reps 66lb (30kg) Dumbbells for 8. That's to failure. We both happen to have the same max on barbell bench press and I want to know how? The only difference is I always use Dumbbells for bench and he sometimes reps on the barbell.

Squat depth question

Since my gym isn't facing a mirror I could never tell if I was hitting depth or not, filmed a rep of 360 and screenshotted just before the ascent, i'm quite a tall lifter (at 6'1) so depth has always been an issue but I want to know if this is fine or should I change it up a bit?
