Deadlift stuck at knees

Today I attempted a 180KG (396lb) deadlift and I couldn't get it past the knees. From the floor to my knees, it took around 3 seconds to lift it but wouldn't budge at my knees. I can rack pull 180KG for 3 reps (below knees) so I don't think it's my lower back that's the issue. FYI I weigh 75KG...
