hot and cold recovery at home without a bath

can powerlifting and bodybuilding be done at the same time?

How does one train for strongman ? My gym just added a rogue log, it has a tire, and yoke, farmer carry handles, keg, and sandbags. Other than the Big 3 lifts what else would be thrown in a program and what should a basic program consist of for a 3 day a week routine ?
