Program with High Frequency of SBD when cutting.

Hi. Can anyone suggest a powerlifting program for cutting with high frequency? I already stalled in Fierce 5 intermediate with 290lbsx3x5. I tried PH3 with 296 wilks but it killed me on 2nd week with squats of 3x9. Thinking of doing Candito 6 week even when cutting.

Bending coins?

My dad's friend just bent a penny with his fingers! One of the craziest things I've seen. He also claimed to be able to bend quarters. Post Smolov Squat Routine Calculator

I could not find a calculator anywhere on the net that had the Smolov squat cycle, properly written up. So I made it. It is an excel speadsheet, where you type in your max and it gives you the weight, sets, and reps for the whole cycle. However, I can't load it onto this page. But if anyone has...

What weight with a 5x5 to hit 405?

A few days ago I deadlifted 315 for a 4x5 and then I did 320 for a set of 6 and still might of had more in me. I can really probably do a 5x5 with at least 325 if I went all out. I wanna hit 405 real soon, so how much weight should I be doing for a 5x5 to hit 405? And what do you think my max is...
