reverse leg press question

I recently switched gyms and have been doing reverse leg press to target hamstrings on a 45 degree angle machine. I've noticed my ankles are getting weak - could the angle of this machine be the cause?

Including trap bar DLs

My gym just had a refurb and now they have a trap bar, never used one before. Any reason to add this to my deadlift training? I'm 6'4 with long arms and legs, I hear that a trap bar might feel more natural, my straight bar DL is progressing but it's never felt natural.

Just a question about reps

Does 20 reps still build strength as doing 4-6 reps ? (I know it builds muscle endurance)because when I do 6 reps for strength I don’t really feel my muscles, I slow down during eccentric motion. And I’m using a resistance band (I don’t have access to the gym)

Light Weights vs Heavy Weights
