2 Month Progress

Been lifting on and off for about a year. For the past two months however I have really focused on bulking up and this is the change. I went from 146 lb to 157 lb and I am 6'1". For the past two months I have been lifting extremely hard and consuming 4,000-6,000 calories a day.
