The fitter you get, the more people love you.

Of course, your increased self love is projecting as well, it's not all physical. Your posture is better, your skin looks nicer,...

Dealing with the A.G.E virus.

5 years ago at the age of 49 I was bench pressing 100kg again after several years lay-off from training. One day I did 15 reps on 80kg - which is my bodyweight. I've always had good endurance and 3 years earlier I walked 67km around a mountain in 16 1/2 hours...

How to keep going when you've almost reached your goal?

My main motivational obstacle is that I'm not that far from my goal. I've always been rather slim and I liked the way I used to look. About four years ago I gained around 8 lbs (from stress, eating too much, and sitting still all day long), which isn't that much but it's made my stomach stick out...

Hi, I'm just wondering if others are able to concentrate while in the gym in both lifiting and listening to audiobooks. If I listened to audiobooks it would most likely be on business, management and finance.
