Ugly face

Despite all this hard work and general self improvement being very satisfying alone, it’s bitter sweet since the opposite sex won’t appreciate it. I have overcompensated for my lack lustre facial genetics by having a funny personality but never hit it off with women. I’d like to think that I’m a...

2 Month Progress

Been lifting on and off for about a year. For the past two months however I have really focused on bulking up and this is the change. I went from 146 lb to 157 lb and I am 6'1". For the past two months I have been lifting extremely hard and consuming 4,000-6,000 calories a day.
