Ways to get over temptation?

I'm going to be starting my cut soon and I have a lot of unhealthy stuff in my house (I live with my parents) from chips, chocolate, frozen pizza. You name it, I know a good practice is to not have it in the house at all but how can you overcome this when you don't live alone?

Looking for advice on what looks to be my smallest muscle group..

Hardest thing is getting to the gym

I am consistent and I rarely miss a workout however I have to use alot of discipline/willpower to travel to the gym, it takes 30 minutes to walk and I hate doing it. Anyway I can minimise using my willpower so I can use it more efficiently?

Benefits to taking a week off

What does an intermediate male lifter's body look like?

I've just started lifting and my goal is to reach an intermediate level. I read that to be an intermediate lifter, you should be able to bench press 1xBW for 10 reps and squat 1.5xBW for 10 reps. What does someone's physique typically look like after achieving this, at a 10-15% body fat level?
