Motivation tattoo

Saw a Kanji that is translated "the more we sweat in training, the less we bleed in battle". Will be inked on me as a permanent reminder.

Turning around

Recently my girlfriend broke up with me. I saw it coming, we're both going to college and are going to be a few hours apart. It didn't make it any easier, though. Instead of being down on myself so much like I thought I would be, suddenly I have found a new motivation to get things done in order...

Intrinsic motivation is an interesting thing...

Hey. I had lifted my junior year of high school, went from around 110 lb (no strength at all) to 130 with decent strength, then took 2 years off to screw around and be a little rebel. My life pretty much consisted of partying and smoking a lot of pot. I didn't exercise at all, lost all my...

Last year I wound up taking a break for a few months (STUPID STUPID STUPID), mostly because I wound up dating a girl who wanted my free time to the point that I felt guilty about going to the gym. Anyone trying to accomplish fitness goals through a hectic schedule? If your life is work, gym and sleep, we are on the same boat.
