Talking Misc. is there any possible way to actually make your penis bigger? (SRS)

Now I've never worried about penis size (6.25in.) but I'll admit my girth isn't particularly good. Regardless, I was watching pron and realized there's a chit ton of penis enlargement ads (obviously fake) But is got me thinking. Is there actually any way proven to make your dick bigger/thicker,...

Unhappy Three years and I'm ashamed.

I'm sure anyone else by this point would have thrown in the towel. I don't know why I haven't. Maybe to just maintain the little I have gained. Three years is a long time and I guess what has been holding me back has been my lack of focus and my lack of time, poor programming and poor technique....

Question Not sure where to go.

I'm 30 yrs old. I've gained some weight since I broke my ankle last year. I've got chronic pain in it now, and I've found out that I also have arthritis in my spine as well as a damaged L1 vertebrae. I am currently at 215 lbs. When I left basic training I was around 175. My goal is to get back to...

Working out after getting injured

I ended up injuring my upper forearm / lower bicep area on both arms after attempting a new workout program (heavy weight, low rest times). It's been nearly 2 weeks and it's still pretty tender. I can workout but nearly everything to do with upper body hurts. So I've been doing strictly lower body...

This is why you don't want to skip leg day

If you need motivation for leg day, just look at this. Do you really want to look like this? The upper body is quite nice, but those legs. It's ****ing disgusting. Please tell me why people do this
