Easter chocolate is coming back to haunt me!

I've been cutting for many months now (down from 210 pounds to 162 pounds). I've been doing IIFYM so still enjoying most of the foods I love, but in moderation. I'll have a Chinese takeaway once a month, rice pudding most days and perhaps a cream cake every week or two. So that's all good. ...

Over 35 and Benching 400 lbs?

Hello, this is my first time posting. I'm 38 and recently I got the Iron bug again about 4 months ago. I've gone from 215 lbs of no muscle or definition to a 220lb beast. My Max bench 4 months ago was probably 225 . Today I'm benching 335. I decided to enter a competition 9 months to a year from...

Smile my girlfriend destroys my motivation

Unhappy 6.25 in wrist!

Hey guys, so at this point I feel like there’s little to no hope. My wrists look so small it’s embarrassing and disgusting, I’ve tried to workout my forearms but even after months of working them and eating I see no improvement. Is there any hope for a guy with arms/wrists like me?

I have been on a calorie deficient for sometime now, with a goal of losing 0.5lbs to 1 lb per week. At the start. I was 155 and...

Bodybuilding saved my life

A year ago this week I walked into UVM Hospital. My blood pressure was 200/120. My kidneys were in pretty rough shape. The doctor told me I was about another week away from a stroke. I ate absolute garbage and that’s exactly what I felt like. I couldn’t remember the last time I exercised or done...

Lost 80+lbs? Tell us your story!

Hi all, I'm constantly looking for motivation. Reading stories and seeing pics of people who's lost a lot of weight is for me (and many others) one of the most important tools during our journey. That said, I think it'd be nice if this forum's users who's lost a huge amount of weight would...

slippery slope jargon
