Looking for advice

I have been lifting for 1.5 years now. First picture i was 5'10 (178cm) and 137 lbs. In the second im 5'11(180cm) and 159lbs. Bf% aprox 14 i think. Should I cut until i can see the abs, or i will look too skiny after? Keep bulking?
