I've been following New Rules of Lifting for Women for three months. I am seeing a difference, but since I never weight lifted long-term before, I'm not sure what to expect. Am I on track, or should I see a bigger difference by now? (5'7" Starting weight 147, current weight 140, goal weight 132.)
