5'8 175 lbs ~ lean bulk or cut??

Photos are of my current physique now.Started about 1.5 yrs ago at 185 cut down to 165 this last march and have now bulked back up to 175. My goal is to get around 180-185 lean 8-10%. Should i cut again? Should i continue lean bulking and cut at a later weight? Not sure of my body fat id say...
