Hi! I’m new to these forums getting ready for Master’s Weightlifting Competition this coming year. My arms look compact, but they currently lift the full 240 stack on the machine at my most local gym and my deadlift is about 350 to 400 depending. My legs max 180 on glutes and 200 on presses....
What do you think? I love my traps and hope to get even better traps. Doing alot of shrugs and farmer's walk. Careful with deadlifts due to back problems unfortunately. I've had decent traps even before I started lifting.. Is there room without heavy deadlifts?
