What is my body type?? Am I making good progress?

So I have been lifting weights for 3 months now I think I'm making good progress. I eat as much carbs and protein as I can I haven't really gotten on an strick diet and I've been focusing on upper body. I lift every other day for a couple hours as heavy as I can lift for 8 reps.
