Should I bulk or cut. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello everyone. So I've been training for a month exactly now. I do 15 min running before and then I do 2 muscle groups. My schedule is a 3 day program repeated for 6 days. I train each muscle with 6 exercies; each exercise is 4 sets with reps of 8-10. I don't know if that's too much but it doesn't...

Rate my legs

What do you think? They are 24.5" at the widest and about 21" at the thinnest point.

Rate this one year transformation / What should I do now?

Both pictures were at 180 lbs. I bulked for 7 months then cut down for the rest of the year. No nearer to 10% bodyfat than before but honestly I don't think I've packed on much muscle at all. Any advice would be great!

Angry Guess arm size!

My arms measure reasonably well for the time I've put in (around 9 months) however they look small for their size when compared to others with the same size arms. For that reason, I'd like to know how others see them.

Greetings all, I’m Oliver and I’m 25 years old. I’ve been overweight for the majority of my life. I clocked in at approx 220 lbs at my heaviest (which was about 3 years ago), no muscle or anything. Just fat. I drank too much, smoked a butt load of cigarettes, and over ate for no legitimate...

Progress Pictures (post anorexia) Critique please

I did weigh 180 and then through an extremely low calorie diet and lots of cardio every day i got down to 133. Because of the way i lost the weight, i was eventually taking steps backwards as i was losing all my muscle and was still left with fat. At 133 i looked fairly skinny in clothes but i was...

I have bad genetics change my mind

I've been lifting for 3 and a half years now. I started when I was 16 and I'm 19 now. I was 140lb when I started and now I'm 185lb at 5' 11'. The past 2 years have been strength focused and very strict. I ran novice programs like 5x5 and others like it. The only outlier is that I did smolov for...

I started off 6'3 125lbs as you can see in the picture below last year. Below is a picture of my back relaxed, I know it's not a lat spread, but just to give you an idea of how big I was. And here is a picture I took today at 189lbs. I seem to be losing some weight, but I don't think I'm...

average gym bro here

I've been lifting for about 18 months now and think I've made some pretty good progress so far. I'll admit my diet was quite inconsistent for a decent portion of that 18 months though so I probably haven't maximized my potential in that time. I have been a lot more consistent for the last few...
