Dont know what to do

Would like to get some advice, i "lifted" for about 7 months and in february i stoped. bench was 46kg x5 x3 squats 80kg x5x3 dead was 120kg x 5 and the warmups in this 3 months i got fatter too, what should i do? thxs! edit: just found 2 photos from september last year, im alot fatter.
