Do I have good/elite genetics?

I've been lifting for 3 years, but I took long intervals in the 3 years. For 6 months, 3 months, etc. So, I trained for probaly a year in the years. I believe I have good genetics, because people thought I was on roids with what I've achieved in such a short time, in terms of physique and strength....

Bulk Or Cut

I have been bulking for months. I mean a lot of months :) Belly Size: 108 Cm Neck: 43 ish Height: 176 cm Weight: 94 kg Age: 35 I suppose, I am around 26-27-28 bf. And the reason I have been/am out of control in terms of bf is due to satisfaction with the weight increase in big lifts....

Please Guess Body Fat % of semi pro Tennis Player

Hi all, thoughts on current body fat? For reference I am 6'2 and 160 lb. Not much resistance training, 3-4 hours of tennis a day and mostly body weight excercise 4-5 days a week....push-ups, pull-ups, jumping squats/lunges. Thank you!

Bulk or cut? 6'2" 191 lbs

I've been gaining weight and strength for the past 5-6 months. Im currently 6'2" at 191 lbs. Right now during corona quarantine I'm just maintaining my weight. But when it's over, do you think I should focus on adding more weight or dropping my bf% a little?

I weigh 41 kg, 5’6 - should I go all out and dirty bulk?

Seen a nutritionist, had blood work, I am in good health condition and there are no underlying health problems - made a diet plan and it’s around 3000 calories a day (my TDEE is around 2k). Should I go all out and dirty bulk? And what exercises should I do during this?
