Feel like I have very narrow shoulders

Hello, I'm not super confident about my shoulders, which I find to be very narrow. Or is my head "too big" in comparison to my shoulders? Can you tell me what you think about it? I also want to say that I just have "skin on my bones", does it make any difference? Thank you.
