I don't think a thread like this exists for the barbell, so I wanted to start one. The Olympic barbell is one of the most important purchases one can make for their home gym. I have a dedicated 4'x'8' deadlift platform that is 2.25" in total height made up of 2-layers of 3/4" plywood and a 3rd layer of finished hardwood and rubber mats. I've been toying with the idea of getting a new rack again. I would like 6-posts for weight storage. A Rogue RM6 would be overkill...

How Do I Offset Load Exercise Bands?

Hi Everyone, Question: How do I offset load exercise bands? This is easy with dumbbells or barbells, but how do I do it with non-loop, no-handle exercise bands? Someone told me to use two resistance bands on one side and one on the other, but I'm not following how that's supposed to work...
