PowerLine Leg Extension & Curl Machine

PowerLine Leg Extension & Curl Machine PLCE-165X. I'm thinking of getting one. I'm out of room in my gym, but I could sit it in a corner and put it in the middle of the floor on leg day after I do squats, deadlifts and leg presses. Does anybody own one? How do you like it? I can't decide...

Best Lever/Cable Multifunction Equipment

What are everyone's thoughts on the "best" or most useful lever or cable multi-function equipment? Review of Zulu's Dominator Pro QR Powerlifting Belt (single prong)

For those of you in Europe or in the UK, you might find this helpful. Below is my review of this powerlifting belt. The moral: stay away from this belt! . I wrote a slightly similar version of this review on Zulu's website but I hardly doubt they'll post it. Moreover, I have been unable to find...

Any tips for moving/assemblying a Nautilus Nitro Pullover?

I am thinking about buying a Nautilus Nitro Pullover used on CL. These weigh 638 lbs and I have never moved a large machine such as this, so I wanted to run my planned approach by this group. Tons of experience among the members of this forum moving large pieces, so I am hoping for wisdom on how to...

Anyone replace old worn cable on equipment ?

Just asking because i have a lat pull down machine where the cable is starting to fray. It doesn't look to complex to do but the ends of the cable may be slightly different with loops and fasteners. I think it will all work but it won't be exactly the same. Going to check out home depot for...
